Job Description
We are now seeking a Light Ends Operator to join our team.
Key accountabilities:
- Supporting the trading desk with accurate and prompt information in regards of live status of the cargoes, providing estimated Bill of Lading dates and quantities so the Trader Assistant can report an accurate PnL and pricing exposure
- Operating chartered and non-chartered Gasoline Barges and Vessels and providing support to other desks such as Naphtha and LPG in line with business needs
- Vetting vessels where needed and sending vessel nominations as well as documentary instructions in line with underlying GTCs to ensure full compliance with deal terms
- Performing all administrative system tasks in line with the global KPIs – updating the ETRM system in a timely manner, sending inspection nominations via Navarik, and insuring cargoes in the online portal
