Job Description
The purpose of the role is to assist the operation team by transporting staff and materials within the city and externally as required.
Responsibilities include:
- Transport employees, guests, and documents to and from designated destinations using company vehicles.
- Document all trips before and after each journey.
- Park vehicles in designated locations when not in use.
- Run daily log reports, identify special requests, and verify report accuracy.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
- Check tire pressure and fluid levels; refuel as necessary.
- Record vehicle incidents using the company’s vehicle application and report to management.
- Assist other drivers during sickness, holidays, or as directed.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
