What you’ll be doing
SALES PERFORMANCE & BUSINESS GROWTH
- Own and achieve the annual Lighting & Controls sales target within the assigned territory
- Grow Lighting & Controls sales by expanding existing customer relationships while developing new customer opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for lighting and controls in the commercial, industrial, and contractor markets
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of Lighting & Controls opportunities across multiple market segments and verticals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, energy consultants, and facility managers
