OXOMOCO, a Michelin starred wood-fired Mexican restaurant is looking for extraordinary Line Cooks!
Ideal candidates will have strong line experience, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Experience cooking on a wood fire grill is a plus but not required. Most important is a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a willingness to help the team provide the best food for our guests.
If you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in NYC
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus, but not imperative
- Are familiar with DOH food safety standards and procedures
- Maintain the highest levels of sanitation, cleanliness and organization
- Maintain calm under pressure
- Have a great attitude
- Are interested in learning new skills and developing your career
