Line Leader | Days only or Nights only | Chichester
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Line Leader to join our fast-paced Production team at Natures Way Foods.
This is a hands-on Supervisory role with responsibility for leading your team to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting daily performance targets. You’ll coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, drive improvements and ensure food safety and compliance standards are met at all times.

Shift pattern
Days only:
Fixed days 7am – 7pm.
You will work 7 days within a 14-day period. Typically:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
Nights only:
Fixed nights: 7pm – 7am.
