Northpower is looking for a motivated Supervisor to leadmaintenance projects from planning to completion. You’ll manage teams, oversee
contractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest
quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support project planning, scoping, and execution.
-Supervise and mentor your team, managing workloads and
performance.
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental
standards.
-Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and job closeouts.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and

Skills & Experience
-Proven supervisory experience in LV/HV distribution and
zone substations.
-Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and
decision-making skills.
-Ability to organise, plan, and self-manage workload
effectively.
