Job Description
Line Supply Supervisor.
What will you do?
- Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
- Supervise picking and packing processes.
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and accuracy.
- Check stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
- Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.
- Oversee material receiving and proper storage.
- Control outbound flows to production.
- Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.
- Train team members on procedures, safety, and system use.
- Evaluate performance and motivate the team to meet goals.
- Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.
- Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.
- Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).
- Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.
- Document incidents and corrective actions.
