Lead, motivate and mentor the Linux team. Intervene in unresolved issues and provide support to L2 engineers. Provide training and technical support to junior system administrators Process monitoring and improvement Document and maintain standard operating procedures Follow-up on agreements with internal customers: service requests, incidents, problems, improvement plans and changes. Manage Linux infrastructure in line with agreed service levels (SLAs). Monitor control and user experience. Plan maintenance activities according to predefined deployment requests and exclude non-agreed production impacts.
