Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Linux Engineer** to join our team in **Virginia Beach, VA** . This position is **onsite.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Reports directly to the Project Manager and supports execution in a matrix organization.
+ Provide remote and onsite Tier 3 support to NCTE Range end-users, resolving complex IT issues with professional guidance and efficiency.
+ Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues involving system configurations, network connectivity, and Linux networking for Range POR systems.
+ Demonstrate a strong mastery of Red Hat (6-9) including filesystems, LVM, and the operation and updating of Red Hat Satellite.
+ Manage DNS and DHCP services across Windows and Linux environments, including familiarity with Active Directory.
+ Support virtual Linux systems using VMWare ESXi and assist with the maintenance of backup systems.
