Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Liquor Retail Store Manager to take charge of our store. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, managing your team, keeping stock in order, and making sure customers always leave happy.
This is a hands-on role that needs someone who is reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
Requirments
- At least 2 years' experience managing a bottle store or retail liquor outlet
- Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of stock control and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when needed
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to engage with the community
- A valid driver's licence
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- A clear criminal record
