Job Duties
- Work on customer sites within semiconductor cleanroom environments.
- Provide software support for all Semiconductor customers in the Canon’s region.
- Troubleshoot software issues and prepare technical reports for customers.
- Set up and maintain lithography tools and related supporting software.
- Learn and apply fundamental knowledge of lithography tools and operations.
- Prepare software release notes and customer-facing documentation in English.
- Provide support during weekends, public holidays, or nighttime when required (infrequent but possible).
- Travel overseas for business, mainly within Southeast Asia, Japan, Taiwan, and India (future).
- Collaborate closely with on-site engineers and overseas Canon software engineers.
- Communicate directly with customers and deliver clear technical reports.
