Anderson, Coe & King, LLP has an immediate opening for an attorney with up to three years litigation and/or judicial clerkship experience.
This is a full-time Litigation Associate role based in Baltimore, MD. The Litigation Associate will assist in all stages of complex litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing records, preparing deposition outlines and summaries, drafting correspondence to clients and opposing counsel, and managing case files and deadlines. The role involves attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, as well as coordinating with clients, experts, and witnesses to support case preparation.
