Litigation Attorney Position
Looking for a qualified and admitted litigation attorney to be employed as an associate/professional assistant at the firm.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in general litigation, both High Court and Magistrate’s Court.
- Ability to work unsupervised and have an appetite for litigation.
- Excellent drafting skills and confidence in court.
- Computer literate and well-versed in Outlook, Word, and Excel; must be able to do own typing.
Salary: Salary will consist of a basic salary plus a commission structure on fees brought in. Generally, a newly appointed attorney averages about R22 000 – R25 000 per month at this firm. An attorney with 5 – 10 years of experience should easily manage to earn R30 000.
