A busy Dallas‑based boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team on a contract‑to‑permanent hire basis. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands‑on litigation work and can step in and contribute quickly.
What You’ll Do
+ Draft and respond to discovery
+ Prepare and argue motions
+ Attend and handle hearings (level of responsibility based on experience)
+ Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
+ Conduct legal research and case analysis
+ Support a variety of civil litigation matters, including real estate‑related disputes
Requirements
What They’re Looking For
+ 1–5 years of litigation experience (civil, commercial, real estate, construction, HOA/POA, or foreclosure preferred, but not required)
