POSITION INFO:
A highly respected and fast-growing law firm is seeking to appoint a strong Litigation Attorney to join their expanding Recoveries division. Minimum requirements: LLB & Admitted Attorney 3-5 years' post-admission experience in legal collections / recoveries Exposure to secured lending litigation (advantageous) Experience in high-volume litigation environments 2-3 years' post-admission team management experience Strong Excel skills (essential) including Pivot Tables, reporting and data analysis Experience within VAF (Vehicle Asset Finance ) recoveries essential Home Loans recoveries experience essential Credit Card recoveries experience essential Business Loan recoveries experience advantageous Foreclosure experience advantageous Experience with litigation within recoveries from inception to execution essential Strong understanding...
