Position Overview
We are seeking a highly articulate, fast-paced Juris Doctor graduate based in the Philippines to serve as the real‑time operational backbone for a US‑based litigation team. Operating on a fixed 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT shift, you will directly align with our core business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST).
This is a 100% on‑site, task‑driven administrative role. You will handle the high‑volume scheduling, calendar gatekeeping, and case tracking for a team of 7 active US litigation attorneys. Because you will be working live alongside the attorneys during their peak trial hours, this role demands immediate responsiveness, flawless written English, and a sharp legal mind that understands court timelines.
