Yolk Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded national law firm with the recruitment of a Litigation Lawyer to join its established Civil Litigation Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling contract‑based disputes who is looking for varied, challenging and rewarding work within a supportive and technically strong legal team.
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of civil litigation matters with a particular focus on contractual disputes. The work will include claimant and defendant matters across commercial contracts, consumer contracts, misrepresentation, professional negligence, construction disputes and other contract‑related claims.
