Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff- side Litigation in Personal Injury) - Baltimore, MD - HYBRID
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its growing CVA/Sexual Abuse practice. This is a hands-on role supporting trial attorneys on complex, high-impact cases involving sensitive subject matter and large institutional defendants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track a high-volume litigation caseload within the CVA/Sexual Abuse practice
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, including discovery requests and responses
- Handle state and federal e-filing across multiple jurisdictions (multi-state experienced preferred)
- Coordinate service of process and maintain case files through all phases of litigation
