Law firm in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and be capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review, organize, and manage litigation documents and case files.
- Prepare and maintain discovery responses, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including trial preparation.
- Maintain and track case deadlines and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
- Support the team with research, document production, and trial exhibits.
