We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience managing case files, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial matters
+ Draft, format, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence
