Job Description
This role will primarily involve working with our intellectual property team on contentious workstreams. Experience of the Scottish Court of Session or English court process, managing your own litigation caseload in a debt recovery or similar paralegal role, and dealing with direct telephone calls from debtors/defendants, will be preferred. Other aspects of the role are likely to include supporting our real estate planning team with document management and due diligence, and supporting clients with projects such as data subject access requests. About the role CMS are looking to recruit an experienced litigation Paralegal / Senior Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
