:

Global Engineering, Procurement and Construction company seeks an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant for its in-house Legal department in Reston, VA. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will provide support to attorneys in the Litigation & Claims Groups in the Corporate Legal department. Working as a member of the legal department, this individual will provide support for a wide range of litigation, claims, labor and employment matters.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support for a wide range of litigation and claims matters, including: work with in-house counsel, internal departments, and, as needed, outside counsel to manage the timely response to subpoenas, discovery, data subject-access requests and other requests for information
    conduct document reviews using electronic document review tools such as Viewpoint and Relativity, with attention to items such as responsiveness, privilege, and personal information
