LHH is assisting a respected law firm in Miami in its search for a Business Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of business litigation matters
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings and discovery
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining document databases
- Coordinate and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trial
- Assist with discovery, including document review and production
- Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Maintain calendars and track deadlines for multiple cases
