Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Experience supporting matters involving foreclosure, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, real estate disputes, or related litigation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prepare legal filings, motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and case-related documentation
- Knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation workflows in state and federal courts
- Experience managing multiple active cases and coordinating deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Familiarity with mortgage, title, or loan-related documentation is highly preferred
