Mid-sized law firm located in Westchester, NY is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its thriving Commercial Litigation practice group. The group handles a broad range of matters, including real estate, zoning and land use, title, finance, corporate, business transaction, estate, and telecommunications-related matters. The team represents clients in federal and state courts, before muncipal, administrative, regulatory, and governmental agencies, and in ADR proceedings. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of prior law firm experience, strong litigation experience, excellent organization skills, and an interest in complex commercial real estate disputes.
