We are a boutique litigation firm based in Publika, Kuala Lumpur, specialising in complex commercial and civil litigation. We are looking for a reliable and meticulous Litigation Secretary to join our small but dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- E-filing and diary management
- Collating bundles of documents and authorities
- File management and organisation
- General administrative support
Qualifications
- Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn — these matter more to us than years of experience
- Ability to communicate and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Prior litigation experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right candidate
