Job Description
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, including property issues and contentious probate
- Advising clients from initial instruction through to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Working closely with colleagues on complex or high-value disputes
About You:
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2–5 years’ PQE in litigation
- Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Committed to delivering excellent client service
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the team’s growth and wider firm initiatives
