Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction to conclusion.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings where required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
