Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a caseload of complex and high-value litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on contentious issues across various industries.
- Represent clients in court proceedings (High Court, County Court) and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes such as mediation and arbitration.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members and trainees.
