- Shift system (morning shift and night shift);

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the LIVE manager with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, document preparation, filing, and work follow-up.
- Responsible for daily LIVE scheduling, process tracking, pre-LIVE preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure the stable and orderly conduct of the LIVE.
- Timely and accurately collect, organize, and summarize LIVE data and related reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with the host, LIVE control staff, logistics staff, and personnel from other departments.
- Track and manage LIVE materials, props, equipment, and supplies to ensure full preparation before LIVE events.
- Timely execute tasks assigned by the manager, report work progress, and complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
