Leads TikTok live streaming operations, managing talents, coaches, and operators to increase viewers, gifters, branding, and revenue while ensuring smooth operations and TikTok compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee live streaming schedules, campaigns, and manpower allocation.
- Monitor talent performance, attendance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with marketing, creatives, and production teams.
- Develop strategies to grow viewers, engagement, gifters, and revenue.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Support talent development, retention, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
- 35 years experience in live streaming, talent management, or digital entertainment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
