Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Live-Out Building Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Site Location: Etobicoke, ON
Compensation: $46,000 per year
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
- Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and supply inventory to the Property Manager.
- Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.
- Check mechanical rooms and manage garbage disposal.
- Become familiar with every room in the building.
- Paint and touch up as needed.
- Follow and improve procedures, follow up on requests.
- Perform small repairs in common areas.
- Carry out ongoing preventive maintenance.
