Job Summary
Manage the full cycle of performing artiste coordination, including show list arrangement, rehearsals, auditions, role allocation, and collaboration with producers to optimize performance scheduling and quality.
Responsibilities- Arrange show lists and coordinate performers for scheduled events to ensure smooth production flow
- Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to evaluate candidates for performing artiste roles
- Assess individual performers’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
- Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust as needed to meet production demands
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and updates effectively
