Retail Service Agent (LM051) – A full‐time role located at Av.
Tulum Manzana 56, Lt 18, Super Manzana 5, ***** Cancun, ROO Mexico.
The position involves completing administrative tasks and coordinating front‐line operations such as data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and providing local customer service.
Majority of the time is spent on office‐based activities.
Responsibilities
Perform various customer service, administrative, and office tasks requiring direct or indirect interaction with customers.
Assist customers with package tracking, answer product and sales questions on the counter or over the phone.
Verify packages ensuring proper labeling, legality of content, weight and size, appropriate packaging, declared value, hazardous material handling requirements, and required customs documentation.
