Involves providing administrative support for a team of professional level employees and their Manager.
**General Job Description**:**Under general supervision perform the following activities**:- Provide daily operational and administrative support to Sr Manager or a Manager in ground ops, ramp, and/or gateway locations, ensuring the most effective utilization of time and effort.
- Performs a variety of administrative, clerical, and additional key activities to support the operation, including tracing packages, dispatching, delivery and pick-up, dealing with customers, etc.- Leads and provides technical support to operation and ensures that established procedures are followed.
- Supervises in the absence of management.
- Ensures that optimum service schedules are developed and coordinated within the operations.
- Coordinates processing of station documentation and customer status paperwork, GNSL reports, and financial statements.
