Job Title: LMS Executive / Technical Assistant Department: Online Education / Digital Learning Location: DSU (Dayananda Sagar University) Job Summary The LMS Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the university’s Learning Management System (LMS) for online education programs. The role involves course setup, content management, user support, and ensuring seamless delivery of digital learning experiences for students and faculty. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS (course creation, enrolment, access management). Upload and organize course content including videos, assignments, assessments, and learning materials. Provide technical support to faculty and students for LMS-related issues. Monitor course progress, learner engagement, and generate reports. Coordinate with instructional designers and faculty to ensure quality online course delivery.
