Job Description
The Learning Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of learning and development programs. This role ensures smooth delivery of training initiatives, accurate maintenance of learning systems, and timely support for employees, facilitators, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling Learning Management Systems (LMS), employee support, and training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Administration
- Manage training schedules, course enrollments, and class setup in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate virtual and classroom-based training sessions
- Send training invitations, reminders, and learning communications
- Monitor attendance, completion records, and certification status
- Support curriculum setup and learning program administration
