THE JOB
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) provides leadership for the Design team, Construction team, and local business unit. They are actively involved in due diligence, consultant engagement, material procurement, permitting, contractor awards, and project oversight. The SPM oversees the project budget, schedule, payment to contractors, changes, claims and inspection for conformance to design requirements. The SPM provides current cost and progress information as the work proceeds and is responsible for the project during the pre-construction, construction, and close out phases, with support from senior management in Physical Plants/Design and Construction.
The list of construction projects to be managed end-to-end will range from $250K to $5M+ per project. In addition to managing the SPM’s own projects, the SPM will also work closely with venue General Managers (GMs), overseeing the management of smaller projects.
