- Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
- Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
- Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
- Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
- Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
- Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Responsible and good team player
