The successful candidate will posses as APA qualification in Loans and maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy when it comes to their work. The Role; Manage daily banking operations including payment processing, reconciliations, refunds, account closures, and redemption activities in line with procedures and SLAs. Oversee shared mailbox management and maintain accurate operational records while supporting quality assurance and risk control processes. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to resolve unreconciled items and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
