We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Loan Business Relationship Manager (LBRM) to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth in the SME financing space. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, assessing, and managing borrower relationships from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales servicing.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and acquire new SME clients requiring unsecured working capital financing.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through self-sourcing, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments, including analysis of financial statements, bank statements, and ACRA reports.
- Structure suitable financing solutions based on clients’ cash flow and funding requirements.
