- Process and check loan documentation including Hire Purchase for vehicles and equipment, Block Discounting, Floor Stock Financing, and Unsecured Loans as well as other loan products.
- Process and verify letters of offer, handle disbursements, and manage custodian functions.
- Create, maintain, and review client and loan records in the system.
- Monitor and track the loan process.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Handle filing.
- Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience handling loan documentation in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
