About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support a growing mortgage team in the U.S. mortgage industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally in English, and enjoys keeping files organized and moving efficiently through the loan process.
Mortgage experience is preferred, but strong administrative experience and willingness to learn are also highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls (leads + existing borrowers)
- Take loan inquiries over the phone accurately and efficiently
