What You’ll Do:
Document Management
- Send document checklists to clients
- Follow up on missing or incomplete requirements
- Verify the accuracy and validity of documents
Lender Pricing & Proposal Preparation
- Complete lender pricing requests
- Order valuations when needed
- Review lender policies to ensure accurate loan structuring
- Prepare high-quality credit proposals
