Job Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist team is responsible for the post closing review of consumer and commercial loans including Commercial and Commercial Real Estate loans. The loans range from small business to large complex commercial loans including participations, syndications, construction, practice, agricultural, aircraft, energy, bonds, capital markets and other specialty lending.
**_How you’ll spend your time:_**
+ You will monitor consumer and commercial loan exceptions including obtaining necessary documentation to clear exceptions.
+ You will review loan documentation to update exceptions and breakdown of loan files for imaging.
+ You will determine loan documents conformance with approval, regulation, established policies and procedures.
