Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales direct experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or bank preferably in SME financing or Commercial loans
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- 1. Sales and Marketing - New client disbursement targets are met for the Loan Center
- - Achievement of NPL target (% NPL)
- - Not more than agreed target or level
- 3. Coordination with Credit Team - Efficient coordination with Credit team on appraisal, evaluation and administrative functions
- 4. Documentation and System Compliance - Zero incidence of non-compliance to loan documentary and system requirements

- Daily coordination with loan officers as to sales plan and mapping activity for sourcing clients
