Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a warm professional demeanor upon arrival
- Serve traditional Arabic coffee to guests and visitors as part of our hospitality offering
- Communicate with guests in Arabic and English to ensure clear understanding of their needs and preferences
- Manage the lobby flow and coordinate guest check-in procedures with the front desk team
