The Opportunity
Act as business partner to the Local Domestic Sales Unit project management team, responsible for all financial and commercial matters and actively driving project performance. The individual will manage the DSU project portfolio in the UAE market.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Tender Stage – Review and take joint responsibility with the Tender Manager on financial, commercial, and tax aspects; ensure tender calculations are correct; prepare cash‑flow and exposure curves; participate in negotiations with clients, consortia, subcontractors, and suppliers; provide input on local risk review processes.
- Project Execution – Prepare a Project Financial Execution Plan as part of the overall plan covering revenue recognition, billing, payment securities, consortium administration, import duties, VAT, etc.; ensure accuracy of project balance sheet and income statement and of cash flow forecasts; guide and validate invoic...
