This opportunity focuses on representing homeowners in disputes involving solar energy systems and home improvement financing, including matters involving:
- Hidden or undisclosed financing fees
- Misrepresentation during the sales process
- Incomplete or defective installations
- Dealer fee disputes
- Consumer protection and contract-related claims
- Arbitration and litigation involving solar finance companies and contractors
The ideal co-counsel will work alongside an experienced team that provides substantial litigation support, allowing local counsel to focus on representing clients in their jurisdiction.
