Job Description Controls and ensures execution of administrative procedures/processes Steers, monitors and manages local P&L and balance sheets, cash flows, analyses and timely reporting. Creates monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (local GAAP and IFRS) and tax declarations as required Performs monthly KPI analysis and a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections. Performs disciplinary management for the local finance team if applicable. Keeps close contacts with banks, government-and tax authorities, auditing firms and other financial stakeholders Supports change, communicates, implements global and regional policies in terms of accounting processes, service processes, IT-tools, and quality management on local entity level.
